1. Billing / Advance Policy

50% of the estimated bill (Hall rent + GST) of the event is to be confirmed at the time of the event along with a signed copy of the contract mentioning terms and conditions.
Balance of 50% of the estimated billing should be paid 45 days prior to the event date along with security deposit + Royalty.
Security deposit will be returned after 7 working days of the event.
Any damage/loss/misplacement to the property will be checked and verified, post which the amount will be deducted and refunded accordingly.

In case of cancellation, more than 120 days before commencement of the function, no retention charge will be levied.
Cancellation between 120 days and 90 days prior: 25% + GST of the total estimated billing will be charged as retention.
Cancellation between 90 days and 30 days prior: 50% + GST of the total estimated billing will be charged as retention.
Cancellation less than 30 days prior: 100% + GST of the expected bill will be charged as retention.
If event is postponed within 30 days of scheduled date, it will be treated as a cancellation and the same policy applies as above.
No-Shows will be charged 100% of the expected bill as retention.

Shubha Shree Events LLP reserves the right to cancel any tentative booking not confirmed by the client.
Booking is considered confirmed only after advance payment is received.
Clients must understand terms & conditions before confirming the event.
Booking form should be signed is Mandatory.

Bands, crackers not allowed inside premises. If found, Rs. 10,000 will be charged.
Deadline for music & sound is 10:00 PM.
Take care of valuables. Management Decorator & Caterers is not responsible for loss/misplacement,Any staff will not be responsible.
Banquet not responsible for loss/theft of guest belongings.
Banquet not responsible for power failure during the function nd in such case client will not be entertained for any refund or discount.
Putting Tapes or nails on walls or ceiling are prohibited.
Smoking, liquor, Non-Vegetarian food strictly prohibited. Penalty: Rs. 10,000 if violated.
Banquet booking rights are reserved with management.
Client authorizes Shubha Shree Events LLP to deduct appropriate amountfrom security deposit towoard any kind of damages/spoilage to the Banquet property.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
Aadhar No. and PAN mandatory while booking.
Only 2 Parking slots allowed inside premises on the event day.
